Some of the articles I wrote for Gulf News have made it into a book on the weird and wonderful place that is Dubai. It’s author, Lorraine Ludman, will be discussing her book during a session at the 2012 Emirates Airline Festival of Literature, on Friday 9th March at 1.30, at the Intercontinental Hotel, Dubai Festival City with Alice Johnson.

Topics like dates used as biofuel has made it in, as well as the reverse vending machines which were launched in 2011. Not sure what the point of the book is but it’s definitely quirky.
